In Snagreport, categories help you categorize your Snags and set the SLA based on the priority You can see all the basic categories, including parent and child categories, and view their priorities. You can also customize these categories to fit your needs and archive them within your property groups.
Besides the default categories in the system, you have the option to add your own categories and customize them however you like:
You can define your own Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for different categories, access this feature by clicking on the property sub-groups option, then the settings tab, and enable SLA notifications, you can customize the SLA days and hours to fit your requirements.
