Inspections in Snagreport:

You can add inspections on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This functionality allows you to:

  • Create, manage, and rate your team's performance.
  • Maintain service quality by addressing snags promptly using prepared templates from the template list.
  • Creating and Managing Inspections

When setting up inspections, you have the option to create your own templates and use the inspection functionality as needed, Inspection templates can be linked with three types:

  • Property Groups
  • Property Subgroups
  • Units

An inspection includes three types of information and can be created by clicking on the "new inspection" button:

  1. Basic Information about the Inspection:
    Assigned property group or subgroup
    View for the template
  2. Checklist information:
    Assigned property group or subgroup
    Assignee of the inspection
Date and time of the inspection
  3. Snags Identified during the Inspection:
Snags identified during the inspection of the property group or subgroup
These snags follow the full lifecycle of a snag and are assigned to the inspection.

You can also create snags within inspections and invite other users to collaborate. Once an inspection is finalized, access to the checklist is restricted, ensuring the integrity of the inspection records, this comprehensive approach to inspections represents efficiency in maintaining property standards.
