Whether you're a Landlord, Tenant, or submitting on behalf of someone else, this guide walks you through how to either register yourself to a unit or submit a move-in request via the Socienta app.
Important Note
If you do not see any units assigned to you on the app, you need to either apply for the Landlord, Tenant Unit Registration request or the Move-in Request.
What are the differences?
Landlord Registration – if you own the unit, but don't live in it.
Tenant Registration – if already moved into the unit.
Move in, whether you're a landlord or a tenant who is just moving into the unit.
Apply for your request
If you’re not yet registered to a unit or you are just moving in, follow these steps:
1. Access the Request Section
- Open the Socienta app, log in to your account, then click on Add Request from the home screen. The request page will open for you with the three mentioned request options
2. Select Landlord, Tenant Registration, or Move-in request
From the list of request types, choose:
Landlord Registration – if you own the unit, but don't live in it.
Tenant Registration – if already moved into the unit.
Move in - whether you're a landlord or a tenant who is just moving into the unit.
3. Fill Out the Registration Form
- A request form will appear.
- Fill in all the required fields and upload the requested documents.
4. Add Additional Residents (Move-in request)
If you are registering more than one resident for the unit:
- Enter the Number of Additional Residents (Not including yourself)
In the move-in form, you’ll find a field labeled “Number of Additional Residents”. Enter the total number of people you wish to add. - Click “Add Resident.”
For each additional resident, click the “Add Resident”. A new page will appear for you to enter their details.
If a person is under 18, you don't need an email after adding their age (date of birth); they will be registered under your email.
Match the Number
Ensure the number of added resident sections matches the number you entered. You won’t be able to submit the request unless all resident details are completed.
5. After filling in all the requested information and documents, read the terms and conditions, click on I agree with the terms and conditions, then on Submit.
6. Track Your Request Status
After your Landlord or Tenant Unit Registration request is successfully submitted, you will be able to track it under My Requests.
Alternatively, You Can Track Your Request By:
Clicking on See All in the Requests section
Viewing a complete list of your submitted requests, along with their current status (Pending, Approved, or Rejected)
You’ll also receive a notification once your request has been approved or declined
7. Chat with the Community Manager or Company Representative (Optional)
If you need to follow up on your request:
Click See Details from the list of requests
Tap the chat icon in the bottom-right corner
Start a conversation with your Community Manager or Company Representative
