How to apply for a Landlord or Tenant unit assignment request?

To create a Landlord or Tenant unit assignment request, the first thing you have to do is open the Socienta app. After you have logged in to your account, Scroll down under Go to and click on My units.

1. Click on my units:

2. Click on the Add Units option:

Now you choose from 2 options Become a Landlord or Become a Tenant

Now a request form is open for you, and you need to fill in all of the requested information upload the requested documents, and submit.

3. After filling in all of the requested information and documents, read the terms and conditions, click on I agree with the terms and conditions, then on Submit.

After your Become a Landlord request is successfully submitted, you can track your request by clicking on My Requests.

By clicking on My Requests, you can see all of your requests, their status, and whether they have been approved or declined. Once a request has been approved or declined, you will receive a notification

To chat with the community manager about one of your requests, click on the request you want to chat about. On the bottom right of the request is a chat icon, click on the chat icon, and start chatting with them regarding your request.
