Active Leased Units Without Residents

Modified on Mon, 24 Jun at 9:20 AM

Overview

"Active Leased Units Without Residents" is a crucial metric for property management, identifying units that are legally leased but currently do not have any residents living in them. This scenario might occur due to various reasons such as tenant transition periods, renovations, or the tenant temporarily vacating the unit. This metric is significant for assessing the actual occupancy effectiveness and ensuring that leased units are generating expected revenues.

How is it Calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:

Active Leased Units Without Residents  Count of Leased Units with No Current Residents

Where to Find This Metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
