This metric is significant for assessing the actual occupancy effectiveness and ensuring that leased units are generating expected revenues. 

How is it Calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:

Active Leased Units Without Residents  = Count of Leased Units with No Current Residents 

Where to Find This Metric?

1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
3. Navigate to the Units that need attention (Socienta). 
4. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
