Overview

"Not Leased Units" is a critical metric for property managers, which highlights the number of units that are currently unoccupied and not under a lease agreement. This metric is vital for assessing the efficiency of leasing strategies and identifying potential areas for improvement in property management. 


How is it Calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:


    Not Leased Units Count of Units Not Leased on the Last Recorded Day (Current Date)


Where to Find This Metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the PM Occupancy Dashboard (Socienta)
  4. Renewals/loyalty metrics tab.
  5. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
