Overview

"Total Units Blocked and Not Leased" is a critical metric for property management, offering insights into the number of units within a community that are both unoccupied and currently blocked for any reason. This metric is particularly important for assessing potential risks and financial implications for property portfolios, as units tied up in legal disputes represent frozen assets that cannot generate revenue. 


How is it Calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:


 Total Units Blocked and Not Leased Count of Units that are Not Leased and Blocked 

Where to Find This Metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the PM Occupancy Dashboard (Socienta)
  4. Not available units tab.
  5. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
