Overview

"Occupancy (by Area)" is a key performance indicator used to measure how effectively the total available space in a community is utilized. Unlike simple occupancy rates that count the number of leased units, this metric considers the actual area of these units, providing a more accurate representation of space utilization.


How is it Calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:

Where to Find This Metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the PM Occupancy Dashboard (Socienta)
  4. Occupancy tab.
  5. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
