Overview

"Occupancy (by Unit Count) " is a key performance indicator used to measure how many units in a community are currently leased or occupied. This metric is different from traditional measures that only look at total units, as it provides a clear picture of actual occupancy, which is crucial for evaluating the operational success of rental properties.

This metric is calculated using the following formula:

Where to Find This Metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the PM Occupancy Dashboard (Socienta)
  4. Occupancy tab.
  5. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
