Overview

"Number of Not Available Units and Not Leased" is a crucial metric that helps property managers understand the proportion of units within their portfolios that are currently unoccupied due to various constraints, such as legal cases, overstayed, or maintenance blocks. This metric provides a direct insight into units that are not generating revenue and may require specific management interventions to turn around their status. 


How is it Calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:


Total Count of Not Available and Not Leased Units = Count of all units meeting the conditions above

 

Where to Find This Metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the PM Occupancy Dashboard (Socienta)
  4. Occupancy tab.
  5. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
