Overview

"Occupancy (by Area)" is a key performance indicator used to measure how effectively the total space of available units that are practically ready for occupancy in a set of communities is being utilized. It assesses the proportion of space in available units that are occupied, offering a nuanced view of space efficiency. 


How is it Calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:


Where to Find This Metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the PM Occupancy Dashboard (Socienta)
  4. Occupancy tab.
  5. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
