How to Submit a Visitor Request?

To create a Visitor Request, the first thing you have to do is open the Socienta app. After you have logged in to your account, the first step is to click on the Requests button, then scroll to the right, and click on Visitor Pass.

1. Access the Requests Section:

• On the home screen, click the "Requests" button.
• Select "Visitor" from the available request types.

2. Fill Out the Visitor Pass Form:

• A Visitor Pass form will appear.
• Complete all the required fields and submit the request.

3. After filling in all of the requested information, read the terms and conditions (if applicable), click on I agree with the terms and conditions, then click Submit.

4. Share the Visitor OTP:

• After your Visitor Pass request is successfully submitted, you will receive an OTP code.
• You can copy the OTP and send it to your visitor manually, or click the Share button in the app to share it directly—this allows your visitor to easily enter your community.
