Tenders (How to view and bid?)

Modified on Thu, 27 Oct, 2022 at 2:58 PM

1- After signing up with the client, you can view the available tenders from all of your clients by selecting the Available Tenders option or Find more Tenders on your home page.

2- After clicking on View Details to see the requisition details, client terms & conditions, and request for a proposal, You can either click I'm interested in this tender and apply later (in which case you will be notified before the tender expires) or you can submit your request directly by filling out your Total Bid Value and uploading your proposal file:

3- You will be informed when the client reviews and takes any necessary action (through system emails). The same page will allow you to enter your invoices and view all transactions if you were awarded the job.

Before you can upload your actual invoice, the client must check the work compilation report. You will be notified of the client's actions.

4- After your work report is reviewed and approved you will be able to upload the actual invoice by clicking on the Upload button :

5- Once the client reviewed and taken action you will see your payment process in the table (invoices information) and download the transactions by clicking the Print button, here is the scope of work marked as done:

Additional references:

1- In case you have some missing documents that a missing document button will appear for you where you will be able to check the missing documents and upload them. Without uploading them you will not be able to proceed with any tenders.

2- You will be notified of any action taken by the clients throughout the whole process (registering with a client or bidding a tender) you will receive both notifications in the system and emails as shown in the screens below:
