How to Apply for a Short-Term Leasing Request?

To submit a short-term move-in request, start by opening the Socienta app and logging into your account. Then follow the steps below:

1. Access the Requests Section

On the home screen, click the "Requests" button.
Select "Move-In" from the available request types.

2. Select Who You Are Applying For

A pop-up screen will appear asking who the request is for. You have two options:

For myself: Select this if you are applying for yourself. Then choose I’m a Guest – Short Term Leasing.
For Someone Else: Select this if you are applying on behalf of another person. Then choose I’m a Guest – Short Term Leasing.

3. Fill Out the Short-Term Leasing Form

If you selected For Myself, enter your personal details and complete the form.
If you selected For Someone Else, fill in the guest’s information (email, phone number, first name, middle name, and surname).
Upload all required documents as requested.

4. After filling in all the requested information and documents, read the terms and conditions, click on I agree with the terms and conditions, then on Submit.

5. Track Your Request Status:

After your Move-In request is successfully submitted, you will be able to track your recently submitted request under My Requests.

Alternatively, You Can Track Your Request By:

Click on "See All" in the Requests section.
You’ll see a complete list of all your submitted requests along with their current status (Pending, Approved, or Rejected).
You’ll also receive a notification once your request has been approved or declined.

6. Chat with the Community Manager or Company Representative:

If you need to follow up on a specific request, click on "See Details" from the list of requests.
On the bottom-right corner of the request screen, you’ll find a chat icon.
Tap the icon to start a conversation with your Community Manager or Company Representative about that request.
