How to apply for General request?

Modified on Mon, 23 Jun at 12:01 PM

You can submit this request if none of the available request types meet your needs. This request offers flexibility, allowing you to create a general inquiry, and the Community Manager will ensure it is transformed into the appropriate request type.

To create a General Request, the first thing you have to do is open the Socienta app. After you have logged in to your account, the first step is to click on the Requests button, then select General Request from the available request types.

1. Access the Requests Section:

  • On the home screen, click the "Requests" button.
  • Select "General Request" from the available options.

2. Fill Out the General Request Form:

  • A General Request form will appear.
  • Complete all the required fields and provide details about your inquiry or issue.
  • You may also upload any supporting documents, if needed.

3. Track Your Request Status:

After your General Request is successfully submitted, you will be able to track your recently submitted request under My Requests.

Alternatively, You Can Track Your Request By:

  • Clicking on "See All" in the Requests section.

  • You’ll see a complete list of all your submitted requests along with their current status (Pending, Approved, or Rejected).

  • You’ll also receive a notification once your request has been approved or rejected.

4. Chat with the Community Manager or Company Representative:

  • If you need to follow up on a specific request, click on "See Details" from the list of requests.

  • On the bottom-right corner of the request screen, you’ll find a chat icon.

  • Tap the icon to start a conversation with your Community Manager or Company Representative about that request.
