To create an access card request, the first thing you have to do is open the DSA app. After you have logged in to your account, click on Access Card

2. Fill out the Access Card Form
Now an Access Card form is open for you, and you need to fill in all of the requested information and upload the requested documents

3. After filling in all of the requested information and documents, read the terms and conditions, click on I agree with the terms and conditions, then on Submit.
After your Access Card request is successfully submitted, you will be able to track your request in My Requests.

By clicking on My Requests, you can see all of your requests, their status, and whether they have been approved or declined. Once a request has been approved or declined, you will receive a notification.
