Overview
This article explains how owners can view their Service Charge Statement (SOA) and pay their service charges directly through the Socienta mobile app.
Access Your Service Charge
Open the Socienta app.
On the home page, you will see your service charge for your unit.
Alternatively, tap My Units (from the navigation menu at the bottom) to view the service charge.

View Your Service Charge Statement
To view your statement, tap Details on the home page or in My Units, then tap download SOA.


You can download the statement by tapping the download icon in the top-right corner.

If you own multiple units, you can download a consolidated statement by tapping the Consolidated Statement button at the bottom of the My Units screen.

Pay Your Service Charge
On the home page, tap Pay, or tap the Pay button from the My Units screen.


On the payment page, choose whether to pay your current full balance or other amount.
Agree to the Terms & Conditions and tap Continue.

Enter your credit card information and proceed to complete the payment.

Tips & Best Practices: Handling Disputed Amounts
If there is a disputed amount in your unit, you can view it directly from the mobile app.
View Disputed Amounts in the App
Open the Socienta app.
From the Home page, check your unit, then click Unit Details,
or go to My Units and select the relevant unit.The disputed amount will be shown next to the total balance, indicating that part of the balance is under dispute.

Make a Payment When There Is a Disputed Amount:
When you click Pay, the payment page will clearly display the disputed amount in a table.
And Available 3 payment options:
Pay Full Balance (includes the disputed amount), or
Pay Full Balance Excluding Disputed Amount, or
Pay Custom Amount and enter a specific amount manually.
This allows you to proceed to payments while keeping disputed charges separate until they are resolved.
