To pay your service charge, the first thing you have to do is open the Socienta app. After you have logged in to your account you will be able to see your service charge for your unit on the first card or go to my units.
If you wish to pay for your service charge, click on Pay.
After the payment page has opened up for you, choose whether you wish to pay your current full balance or other amounts. Agree to all the terms & conditions and then click on continue.
Next add your credit card information and then proceed with paying your Service Charge!
While, if you wish to view your Service Charge Statement, please go to my units and you will be able to view your statement from the download icon next to your unit number.
Or if you are an owner of multiple units, you will be able to download a consolidated statement from the consolidated statement button.
