To create a Proof of payment request, the first thing you have to do is open the Socienta app. After you have logged in to your account, Scroll to the left under request a and click on Proof of payment request

Now the request is open for you, and you need to fill in the requested information and submit it.
After your Proof of Payment (POP) request is successfully submitted, you can track your request by clicking on My Requests.
By clicking on My Requests, you can see all of your requests, their status, and whether they have been approved or declined. Once a request has been approved or declined, you will receive a notification
To chat with the community manager about one of your requests, click on the request you want to chat about. On the bottom right of the request is a chat icon, click on the chat icon, and start chatting with them regarding your request.
