How to Apply Proof of Payment Request?

To create a Proof of Payment request, the first thing you have to do is open the Socienta app. After you have logged in to your account, the first step is to click on the Requests button, then click on Proof of Payment.


1. Access the Requests Section:

  • On the home screen, click the “Requests” button.
  • Select “Proof of Payment” from the available request types.



2. Fill Out the Proof of Payment Form:

  • A Proof of Payment form will appear.
  • Complete all the required fields and upload the requested documents.

After filling in all of the requested information and documents, click on Submit.


4. Track Your Request Status:

After your Proof of Payment request is successfully submitted, you will be able to track your recently submitted request under My Requests.




Alternatively, You Can Track Your Request By:

• Clicking on "See All" in the Requests section.
• You’ll see a complete list of all your submitted requests along with their current status (Pending, Approved, or Rejected).
• You’ll also receive a notification once your request has been approved or declined.




5. Chat with the Community Manager or Company Representative:

  • If you need to follow up on a specific request, click on "See Details" from the list of requests.

  • On the bottom-right corner of the request screen, you’ll find a chat icon.

  • Tap the icon to start a conversation with your Community Manager or Company Representative about that request.
