Overview

This metric aggregates both rent and service charge income every month, offering a detailed view of the revenue trends over time to illustrate the monthly breakdown of lease income. By analyzing this data, property managers and stakeholders can assess the performance and profitability of their leased properties.

Where to Find This Metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the PM Financial Dashboard (Socienta)
  4. Leasing Income Overview tab.
  5. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
