OA Pending Transaction Top 10 Property Groups

Overview

"OA Pending Transaction Top 10 Property" shows which groups of properties have the highest pending transaction-generating over a specified period. this helps figure out which properties are adding the most money to the total, helping with better money planning and decisions . 

How is it calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:

Total pending transactions = SUM(Payments pending clearance)

Inclusions and exclusions: 

    - includes all OA property

Where to find this metric?

1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
3. Navigate to the OA Collections (Socienta). 
4. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
