Overview

"Total Units" is a fundamental metric for property management that provides a snapshot of the current state of the total number of units available. This metric is critical for understanding the scale of operations and planning for future occupancy strategies.


How is it Calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:


    Total Units Count of All Units on the Latest Day Recorded (Current Date)


Where to Find This Metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the PM Occupancy Dashboard (Socienta)
  4. Renewals/loyalty metrics tab.
  5. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
