Overview

"Missing Invoices" is a critical metric for financial oversight within property management. This metric highlights discrepancies between the expected and actual invoices in terms of number and value across various communities. Identifying gaps in invoicing is crucial for ensuring accurate financial records and improving revenue management. 


How is it Calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:

  • Total Supposed invoices = Number of invoices per community
  • Actual Invoiced  = Number of payments that have an associated invoice
  • % Of Actual To Supposed Invoices:    
  • Supposed Invoicing Amount  = Sum of all supposed amounts recorded
  • Actual Invoiced Amount = Sum of all amounts that have been invoiced
  • % Of Actual To Supposed Invoice Amounts:

Where to Find This Metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the Units that need attention (Socienta)
  4. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
