Overview

"Rent Income (Net)" is a vital financial metric that measures the total rent income, excluding VAT, generated from posted leases during a specified period, Unlike gross rent income, which includes all incoming payments, net rent income accounts for any deductions, such as refunds or adjustments, giving a clearer picture of the actual revenue. This metric provides property managers a clear understanding of the actual rent revenue earned.

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the PM Financial Dashboard (Socienta)
  4. Leasing Income Overview tab.
  5. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
