OA Collected Details

Overview

"Collected Details" shows the details of the collected amount invoiced expense of various master communities by tracking the total collections and the total receivables. This helps in understanding how well each community is performing in terms of collecting dues and managing receivables. By analyzing collected details, we can identify trends, pinpoint areas that need improvement, and ensure better financial health.   

How is it calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:

Total collections = SUM(collections)

Total invoiced= SUM(invoiced expense) 

Collection percentage = (SUM(Total collections) / SUM(Total invoiced)) * 100

Where to find this metric?

1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
3. Navigate to the OA Collections (Socienta). 
4. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.

Inclusions and exclusions: 

    - includes all OA property
