Overview

"Historical Collection Percentage Details" is a metric that provides insights into the collection efficiency of different communities over a specified period. By analyzing the collected amounts and the total receivables, we can understand their financial health and collection performance.    


How is it calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:


Total collections = SUM(collections)

Total receivables = SUM(receivables

Collection percentage = (SUM(Total collections) / SUM(Total receivables)) * 100


Inclusions and exclusions: 

    - includes all OA property


Where to find this metric?

  1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
  2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
  3. Navigate to the OA Collections (Socienta)
  4. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
