OA Receivables per Master Communities

Overview

"Receivables per Master Communities" is a metric that provides detailed insights into the financial performance of various master communities by tracking both the total collections and the total receivables. This metric helps to understand their collection efficiency, identify areas that require attention, and improve their financial management strategies. 

How is it calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:

Total collections = SUM(collections)

Total receivables = SUM(receivables) 

Collection percentage = (SUM(Total collections) / SUM(Total receivables)) * 100

Inclusions and exclusions: 

    - includes all OA property

Where to find this metric?

1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
3. Navigate to the OA Collections (Socienta). 
4. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
