OA Collection Types

Overview

"collections Types" shows the different ways you get paid and how often each type is used. This helps spot any problems with certain payment methods.  

How is it calculated?

This metric is calculated using the following formula:

Total collections by receipt type = SUM(collections amount)

Inclusions and exclusions: 

    - includes all OA property

Where to find this metric?

1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
3. Navigate to the OA Collections (Socienta). 
4. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
