How is it Calculated?

The calculation of these metrics uses aggregated data to provide a clear picture of occupancy trends over time distributed by type using the following formula:

Not Leased Units Split by Type = Count of Unleased Units Categorized by Unit Type on the Last Recorded Day

Where to Find This Metric?

1. Go to the Global-View in Socienta (eg. https://dune.socienta.io/).
2. Click on the Dashboard icon (Socienta).
3. Navigate to the PM Occupancy Dashboard (Socienta). 
4. Renewals/loyalty metrics tab.
5. Filter the data by date to view specific metrics for that date.
